Responsibilities

• Profitably develop and lead the company finance division to ensure best practice and control throughout the company brand and concept
• Formulate and agree the company budget and profit targets, to include, profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop and establish in conjunction with the General Director long-term financial business plans for the profitable development of the company brand and concept
• Lead, develop, and implement financial control, processes and systems for the management of the internal divisions that will provide visibility for sales, margin, cost and operating profit
• Establish an internal budgeting process that will become an internal framework for the profitable development of the company brand and concept, enabling the company to become a world class international retail brand
• Maintain strong communication with the key investor, stakeholders and business management teams.
• Development of Treasury function within the Group
• Assessing group structure, participating in M&A transactions
• Deliver robust financial management reporting systems to provide timely information on sales, intake margin, gross margin, achieved margin, sell through, operating profit.

Requirements

Senior Finance Manager or Controller preferably from a food industry background

Energetic, open management style capable of dealing with ambiguity and complexity.

Strong financial planning and organizational skills.

Hands-on personality ready to take personal responsibilities and being involved in day-to-day operations

Credible, a team player prepared to drive change whilst not alienating teams that require support and help.

Keen negotiator and presenter of ideas.

Proven track record of commercial success.

Demonstrate high levels of accountability within a competitative company and marketplace.
