Responsibilities

• Managing the whole range of accounting functions within the company
• Managing financial and tax accounting
• Reporting under Russian and international accounting standards as well as other regulatory reporting
• Development of Accounting and Tax policies and procedures
• Relationship with banks, auditors, tax authorities etc.
• Supervision of accountants

Requirements

• University degree
• Successful track record in Chief Accountant role, experience with a proprty development / real estate management industries is a plus
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong personality with high degree of confidence and creativity
• Good English and/ or German language skills
