- Managing legal issues of structuring and implementation of complex transactions
- Legal support of managing companу and subsidiaries
- Managing legal issues of assets mergers, acquisitions and sales
- Supervising legal support of holding companies
- Providing for execution of cross-border transactions, including managing offshore companies and subsidiaries
Requirements
- University degree in law from a prominent institution
- Profound knowledge of Russian banking & corporate law
- Knowledge of English corporate and financial legal regulations
- Fluent English
