The jobholder has responsibility for managing and developing profitable business relationships with selected Russian clients. Key aspects include managing the day-to-day relationship with the clients, identifying needs and opportunities for the Bank to expand the scope of cooperation, co-ordinating sales efforts of various product groups, proactively managing credit activities with these clients, managing international stakeholders to develop local relations
To achieve and maintain high quality customer services by monitoring the quality of products and services delivered to respective clients and by encouraging and coordinating measures to further improve the service level;
To represent the Bank in the community, developing the Bank’s brand locally and acting as the Bank’s local ambassador.
Provide guidance and support to younger less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years banking experience in client facing roles with minimum 4 years in a RM banking position;
Strong understanding of credit risks associated with lending to large corporate customers, with good understanding of return calculations.
Excellent understanding of products and services relevant to large corporate customers;
Strong sales management skills;
First class relationship management skills including interpersonal, selling, negotiating, presenting;
Economic or legal education; Complex analytical reasoning;
Fluent spoken and written English and Russian. Any other languages will be an advantage.
